Thanks for enjoining our city. 1 trick for you when crossing the street, give them a signal and slowly cross the street without stopping and they can expect your next step and how fast is it, then they can avoid that! A signal may be raising your hand while crossing the street if you are new. Sometimes you will feel like Vietnamese is a non-stop person but also a life enjoiner as some dancers in the clip!

Thank you! Thank you for the tips! I think I got pretty good at crossing the streets in Hanoi already by the time I left. One thing I know, is that they will always avoid me, so running will only make it more dangerous 😂 and yes, give signals and most importantly is to not be afraid I think hahha. And yes, non stop, hard-working, hustle and bustle but enjoying life so hard too. I love it so much❤️

:) a different, introvert vibe about Hanoi. I don't know if you're still in Hanoi, but there are small alleyway cafes around the old quarter like "cafe Đinh" (HK lake), tranquil cafe (near Hang Da market), Circle cafe (Hang Quat), cafe Yen (Quán Thánh), cafe Chốn (Bui Thị Xuân), ... these can suit your taste

It’s in the walking street. Go around the lake and you’ll find them down the road near a circle K convenience store. Weekends past 9 pm~ 11pm

I didn’t have alot of choices since i booked last minute. But i really liked the one i stayed in. It’s called SinCinema in the heart of old quarter. Perfect location, responsive host, nice bedroom with a/c. Chance of cockroach crawling in since the door got holes, but shouldnt be a problem if you keep the light at the door on

about the elephant pants, i think its because online usually tends to sell it cheeper and i think usually guys would be more willing to lower the price. ( just my opinion...) anyways i love your videos soo much :) keep up the good work!

The thing is 60 000 is pretty reasonable if you do the conversion to US dollar and that equals to 3.30 cents. You requested that you got it at 1.30$ I can see why she was mad, but it's not your fault also considering you heard about negotiation culture there. But you really gotta think about it before bargaining. Nice blog btw!

From what I heard from that Uber driver, I think he meant something like "did you already visit the whole town?* and for the unknown drink is called Kumquat tea. 1 tip for you when you want to cross the street is to make some signal (raise your hand in the air for example) so the drivers will know that you are crossing and just walk slowly and that will do. Hope you have a great experience while in Vietnam. (˵•́ ᴗ •̀)/

@@sakurasnoopyy ah if you don't mind here are a couple of tips to help your travel experience in VN much better: - Hire a local tour/food guide, they will help you a lot with what you eat or where to go. There are plenty of them, look them up. - The temperature at some specific hours may be a little too hot so it is best to bring a jacket with you. - Watch out for scammers or someone who approaches you to clean your shoes. Ask for the price first if you could. Safe trip and have fun ヽ( ⌒o⌒)人(⌒-⌒ )ﾉ

Do you know the value of 1m2 of area in the center of Hanoi can be more than 100K USD. Therefore, the rent of premises for business in the central area of Hanoi is very expensive. While buying and selling online, sellers do not need space to sell and store goods, do not need staff, thus saving a lot of costs and the selling price is often very cheap compared to the selling price in the central area of Hanoi. I usually accept to buy at stores or central markets in Hanoi at least 20-25% more expensive than online prices.
