1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Shallot
1/2 Cup Water
1 Stalks of Green Onion (Chopped)
2 Thai Chili
