This is one of my easy go to meals when I don’t feel like cooking. I buy a few and keep in the freezer. Eat it with sticky rice, jasmine rice or sandwiches.

Always add water to activate baking powder. And then making a very fine meat paste in the blender. Refreeze, reblend repeat.

If you have a Cuisinart food processor, you can do this in batches. And maybe do it twice. Keep the meat in the freezer in between.

How much fish paste do you mix to the 1lb of pork roll paste?

I used 1 Tbsp. Try different amounts and find your right taste.

I've tried with extra water and grinded at a litter softer stage than this, but I like this best. I guess if I need to wrap up to make cha Lua. I'd need to make it a little bit softer.
