I was given one of these machines from a friend a few years ago. I went to a Viking store and got some additional feet and asked the woman who acted as if she was an expert in these machines(she was selling them) When I asked her if the machine could drop it's feed dogs she said no, which puzzled me. I watched several info. you tube videos about this machine and they didn't mention the drop feed button and I had not noticed that it was there. SO, thank you very much for letting me know this feature!!! You are wonderful!!!
