The Danheim album "Domadagr" touches on the subject of doomsday, runes ancient Norse mythology in the late period of the Viking age, but also ancient Celtic influences in the song Gall Goídil, where Vikings who settled in Ireland and in Scotland adopted Gaelic culture and intermarried with Gaels.
Take a journey back to the Viking age, and experience the contrasting atmospheres of this distant time in history.

Change your eating and living habits, try intermittent and water fasting and try adaptogenic herbs like Ashwaganda, Mucuna Pruriens, Rhodiola Rosea, etc - they really do work. Exercise, go out in the sun, nature, hike up a mountain, etc. I don't know how you are now, but I assure you this is will help - I eliminated my depression and anxiety this way. One more thing - stop porn consumption, no matter how small (if you use it). This is essentiy.

Here in Chile there are many fans of Scandinavian music, and even more of recreating the Middle Ages. there are places where medieval afternoons are made, and people dress like that time, there are battles with armor, reading stories and poetry, people dressed as fairies, elves, etc.

We have the same here in the UK. We personally go every year to one, they open up the castles and have massive recreations of battles, you get to do axe throwing and archery etc, drink ale from curved hornes the lot.

Reminds me of a dream I had where my ancestors were standing in a fog just like this picture... They were whispering to me, some were speaking quite loudly. Some were advising, others were warning me of dangers... I'll never forget what they said to me. It has helped me immensely.

Your music along Wardruna, Heilung and Runfell are powering my days of work, walks and sleeps (almost 24 hours), I am glad that I have found your music. I've wrote something similar on a song from another band. Since i've discovered Heilung my way was straight into northern/scandinavian music like Wardruna, Danheim, Munknörr, Gealdyr, Heldom, Runfell or NYTT LAND. As a Christian Taino I feel in harmony with my ancestors when I listen too your music. I have danced and sang before my Lord before too this type of music and it began raining 🌧 😌. I have listened too this type of music and either that day or night a volcano erupts or thunderstorms and I don't credit myself or the music but, I believe it pleases God too have thisbmusic dedicated too him. It's worth paying attention to Gall Goídil title, because this track is a mix of celtic and nordic music and the title exactly means people of mixed Gaelic/Celtic and Norse ancestry. Danheim, you megamind❤️

I do NOT do well in the sun OR the heat....which is probably a direct correlation to my ancestry. I love where I live, in the Smoky Mountains....but its just too warm for me, lol.

I would like to thank you for your music. I can't tell you how much your music means to me, not only in my everyday life. I am very afraid of the dentist and I have found a dentist who lets me listen to your music loudly through headphones. I used to only be able to have teeth extracted under general anaesthetic, but with your music I can now do it under local anaesthetic. 4:40 - 4:55 When I heard this instrumental, something shifted in my heart. This sound was a new discovery, and it changed something...a profound change. Hello from Bath in England. Every Danheim album is a masterpiece but Domadagr is in a league of its own. Magical. I shall stop saying now that my only complaint about Danheim is having had to wait so long for such amazing music and vibes. (I am 62). It was worth the wait!
