For me, he is a great character, faithful to vikings traditions and Gods, I hope his journey is not over and his hard path will be rewarded.

True... That is why the top system suggests to be under Almighty even with presidency or for Muslim kings, but here people forget to act in this and concicuanses r all around... That was an ever great thought, comes from ragnar, but that is the reward of writer... how he could b so genius. the just mistakes he made he forget to reduce betrayals. In reality its bit less than😆

Although we shouldn't forget; -He raided the middle sea -He conquered England for a short time until he decided to leave -He made Ragnars dream come true together with Ubbe -He defeated in the End Ivar & the Rus He's besides of Ragnar and Ubbe, the most accomplished Character in the Series. While Ragnars Death lead to the great heathen Army - His death lead to the unification (more or less) of the danish People, while Ivars Death was just a death in a Battle. While nobody will forget Ivar, Bjorn will be adored and honoured.

"Björn" means bear, Ironside was given to him by his father the king of vikings since he seemed invulnerable in battle, and Ragnarson is "son of Ragnar". That is pretty cool. In real life, I used to work with a Swedish man named "Thorbjörn". Thor=God of thunder and war, and Björn was bear. He didn't seem to think as highly as his name as I did.

Ivar anger, strategy and ruthlessness were his only strengths in the beggining, so much so that those actually led him to power, not corrupted him. But after the fall he learned that what really matters is the people at your side. Bjorn power was his strength and competence in battle, but mostly the love he had and the people love for him, which was also his weekness, together with the less strategic mind. Every major character was filled with strength and weeknesses that we could list for hours, not one completely perfect, not one completely flawed. That was why it was so relatable and amazing to watch to all who wanted to see something believable. Not a simple "perfect hero" history, but a human history.

Why are you saying that? No offence, i'm just curious. From my point of view Bjorn fails in nearly every decision. In season 5b he was like a rebellious kid, rather listening to Magnus shady story and banging the Kings fiancee, risking the survival of his entire family. Harald and Olaf gave him their armies for litterary other no reason and he still lost to Ivar, until Freydis betrayed him. He cheated on Torvi and on Gunhild. He sucks as a husband and he sucks as a king. He had two options with Ivars men: killing them or pardon them, but he chosed to banish them, what gave them the opportiunity to come back and got revenge. Thats the reason his son is dead, but Bjorn does not learn from his mistakes. When his mother was murdered, he had the same choice: pardon his brother or killing him, but again he choses to spare him, giving him the opportunity to come back with Ivar and take revenge. So why do you admire him?

I believe he's alive. No way he dies like that, it doesn't make sense. He died in total failure, all season he only failed and made mistakes. I think he'll be back and become king of all Scandinavia. Also Ivar climbed the mountain to attack the capital not the beach, it was a vision and a metaphor of Bjorns army getting stabbed by Ivars.

Nah. Viking just good in raid but never have a smart mind to build a Kingdom or Empire. Mongols beat Vikings for this. Mongols not just raid and pillaging, but also build a vast empire. Хоть я и не очень люблю Бьёрна, но он был один одним из немногих персонажей, за развитием которого было интересно наблюдать в 6 сезоне. А твой монтаж великолепен, на уровне Zurik 23М. Мне особенно понравился момент на 4:55, когда Бьёрна убивает Ивар и тот говорит "Это всё реально?"
