Before adding d rice to d boiling water, add one cinnamon stick large, 4 cloves, 10 whole black pepper n 6 cardamom, in d water bring to boiling point, add soaked rice. U don't hv to remove it out, it gives beautiful aroma n flavour to d biryani. Indian style. Love frm India. Bless u

I enjoyed this video. Growing up my mom used to sell chicken and eggs. She along with myself and my siblings used to do the same with chicken over the fire, to clean up the fine hairs. I was scared of killing them but I would pick off the feathers and do everything else.. 🤗 my mom and two brothers were in charge of making the wood or coal fires, they were better at making it catch 😊 I love the community atmosphere. The finished meal looks delicious!! 😋😋😋😋 I gotta say your grandmother looks so young. As teens during school break mostly during Summer my siblings and I with our friends did something similar we could come together and cook meals and share amongst ourselves. Wonderful memories.
