Today in our village, we cook goat intestine recipe by making mutton boti fry recipe. We use two types of Intestines and lungs of goats.
Cleaning a goat's intestine is a long process than ever. After cleaning the intestine we boil it and prepared it for cooking.
Finally, we enjoy the boti fry with traditional Jeera rice Mutton Biryani!
Taste is, Delicious!

I agree, and I couldn’t help but notice that it is a lot of work to clean the intestines, they have to insert those twigs on the tubes one at a time… such patient labour!

These people are not afraid of hard work and they all do whatever is necessary to prepare food sanitary and delicious. Great video work by the camera crew too. ❤I love the high angle shots from above the village.
