I’ve got this lens on Fuji and it’s amazing. As good, maybe better, than the new fuji 23/33 lenses - which says a lot because those new Fuji lenses are incredible.

Very well done video, good presentation. Appreciate the early preview before it's out; I've been dying to have this come to Sony E. One thing to note for anyone else who comes across this-A7CR has the same sensor as a6700, just upsized, so the performance you're seeing should be similar to what would be expected with a6700

Thanks for the review. I grew to love the 40mm focal length when using the Panasonic 20mm 1.7 on m43, so I've been waiting for this. I would also love to see something like a compact or pancake 27mm f2 for Sony for when I want to go light. In the meantime, I've been using the Viltrox 23mm 1.4 on my a6600...best $200 I ever spent on a lens!
