Context is everything: in discussion of the song, The Masked Marvel, the technique is the bass doubling the left hand of the piano. This was most effectively used by Henry Mancini in his Peter Gunn soundtrack.

I’m really hoping I can find a copy of this… I think it’s going to be a hard one to get. If not, I really hope it will get a repress soon.

@@griffredux9966no luck yet… all my usual spots sold out or didn’t get it, and I saw it no where in todays online sales. At the end of the video they strongly hint towards a repress at the end of the year, so I hope that happens!
