Checklist before you go into investing: 1. Save 1 year worth of household expenses readily available in case you lose your job. 2. Make sure you are paying your SSS, Philhealth and life insurance to its max premiums. 3. Do you due diligence when investing with stocks like REITS :) and research other investments that can gain you dividend higher than bank rates. like Pag-ibig MP2 and ano pa po ba Sir Vince na hindi bababa ang value ng money invested, yung may security na may dividend talaga per year?? hehe next topic po :)

Sana may kasing mura ng entry like sa REITS ang SEDPI for as low as P5,000 lang (depende sa minimum board lot). I will invest kapag may ganyang initial capital rin po kayo like sa REITS para afford po ng masa.

Ofw here pero na charge pa din ako ng tax sa reit dividend. Dito ako abroad nag open accnt ng broker at alam nila na ofw ako

everybody needs life insurance. kung wala kang anak, life insurance can be used by your nieces pambayad sa mga nautang in case na need mo maospital on your last days.

Opo. Para mag-apply sa Pag-IBIG, visit bit.ly/SEDPIcare and follow the following steps. 1. Click PAGIBIG through SEDPI 2. Sa dropdown, click “How do I register for P1/MP2 through SEDPI?” 3. Sa question, “Did this resolve your query?” click “ Still Pending”. 4. Sa comment box, itype ang Complete Name: Date of Birth: PH address: Current Address: Mobile #: Email Address: 5. Click “Browse files” para ma upload ang app form and ID.
