I rock with y’all heavy buttttt how y’all gonna say Vincy have the hottest carnival when everyone knows Trinidad 🇹🇹 is the carnival capital of the world. They weren't in Saint Vincent specifically for carnival, they're doing a video on the country. "The hottest carnival" is vincy mas slogan, they are just using how they saw it marketed to them. Who has the hottest carnival is subjective, and just because Trinidad is the biggest one in the Caribbean doesn't mean its the best !

The Haitian came out in me haha! Carnivale was litttttty!!!! This video lit a fire inside of me that I didn't know was capable of being ignited. Everyone with life in em should experience a moment in time like this one. Shout out to the genius who made this video happen.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines is my second homeland through my roots, but Vincy Mas is the hottest carnival in the Caribbean, and Vincy people don't party normal. Vincy Mas actually brings the Caribbean people together, although I'm a BajanVincy who doesn't miss vincy mas.

@iayyam only if pyramid knew canival was out lawed in saint vincent in the late 1700s an it's the first country to riot over there carnival because it ws banned and its the first and probably the only Caribbean country that had to establish carnival rights... when carnival was banned in vincy in the late to early 1700s alot of people moved over to trinidard also from the neighboring islands to live for good or just to create the same festivals they were use to thts how your carnival was born.

@@iayyamBack then in vicy they actually had to riot because thy banned all festivals mas wearing ect so they ended up banning carnival for couple years....the rioters killed officals 🎉 It was bloody.

@@vincyman80 Hey! I plan to be there. I had a spinal cord injury and I'm trying to get walking again. I usually come every other year. My last Vincymas was 2019. Will definitely be there next year even if I have to crawl. 🤣

I wish this video had shown clips from all our carnival events - like, for instance, our electrifying Panorama event, the maddest Colour Fete: "Happymess", Soca Monarch, Road march and so on. Nevertheless, a great video that illustrates how wonderful our carnival is on our blessed Hairouna.
