Whether you feel like your physical features e.g. Your voice and typical feminine parts don't match how you'd like to be presented or you have an empty feeling knowing that nobody sees you how you see yourself. That's validation. Being trans is not being born in the wrong body, it's being born in the wrong mind. I do not mean that meanly, simply that the dysphoria you face is what causes you to be trans. As you can't match your brain to your body, you strive to make your body match your brain. Please understand that the fact that you're concerned that it may be for attention, means it is not for attention. I struggle with the same thoughts in regards to an aspect of my life. Just ask yourself this, if you could wake up with features of your desired sex and without the features of your born sex tomorrow, would you? That means it's not for attention, if you want things to be solved, then you don't want the attention from the problem. Have a lovely day
