What is amazing about Nothing happened moment is that zoro was accumlating his bruises and pains , and on top of that, he received all of those pain which knocked out luffy, and still standing and saying nothing happened

Maybe im remembering wrong, but didnt the damage he take at that last entry end up being only a part of the damage luffy took and not all of it? And it still made him stand there and say it was nothing, he caught a glimpse of what his captain went through with the kuma thing whilst he was in his own head on top of his game. The nothing happened was to not even let SANJI know the amount of pain luffy went through in thriller bark and its so fking gigachad and semented zoro as one of my all time favorite characters. Which he already was after the whole deal with luffy and usopp, hes the quiet really down to earth guy who only empowers his voice when its needed, that moment of him stopping luffy from going for usopp was so fking cold.

It's a shame it took this show a thousand episodes to get the fight in an episode quite satisfying in length, fluidity, and overall animation (ep. 1062 on this list), but even then, it still noticeably lags behind the best (think JJK, DS, recent Fate trilogy movie). I dropped this show after 800+ episodes because the pacing and animation have never been good enough for me, but I always watch videos on this channel with Zoro in it. He was the only character on this show that got me invested in many ways. The "Nothing happened" is truly one of the most memorable moments in all anime history.

He is the physical manifestation of "that friend whom you call at 3 am to bury a body and he shows up with a shovel, no questions asked. " The guys will agree when I say this, if we had a friend like Zoro, we can conquer anything, or atleast come real close to it
