Sometimes these compilation videos are a bit of a miss here on youtube, with half the entries making no real sense and stuff. This is not one of those, every entry here left a real impression on me as I watched the show, there's definitely more moments that would fit, but then you'd have to leave others out so that's just a losing situation lol. The only way to include more moments would be to just make the list longer.

Luffy in the Live action is great as well but one moment I wish they would have made less cartoonish is when he hands Nami his hat. All he had to do was keep that absurdly terrifyingly revengeful look in his eyes for Arlong and calmly say to Nami after she begged for help was “Of Course I Will.” Only once and then walking away would have been perfect not repeating it then again yelling it. That’s still cool but he said and did everything he needed to grabbing her arm to make her drop the knife, let her hold on to his most valuable possession and say he would help. That scene until he raises both fists in the air screaming that line tears me up then I’m still in tears laughing at how goofy it ended.

As a a die hard one piece fan so much so i've made many fan stories and ideas expanding on the concepts and all that but Luffy is one of the best protagonist for a few reason one he's not overly seriously unless the situation calls for unlike other protagonist he doesn't simply give a nod he's emotional in many ways Maineford and ace Death were the point of luffy growing up luffy is an optimist and cares about his crew The best example is Usopp coming back to the crew and he and luffy have a tearful reunion Luffy gear 5 is who he is a happy go lucky guy who doesn't fight for good or justice he's just a pirate on an adventure and so happens to save people if he befriends them and helps them One piece is a series where the characters drive the series not the fights or powers it's down to earth and easy to understand And Oda has been writing it for a long time and though it seems we're reaching the final arc of the manga one piece is a journey and if you've been watching it since it began you know how much the series has grown and changed and Luffy is a protagonist i always think of when writing good characters some who's carefree happy go lucky does the right thing just because he wants to not because of power or justice Luffy isn't some chosen hero he's just a pirate on an adventure and will be the pirate king

I try to like this one but, there are so many flaws, inconsistences, delays plots from one thing to really happen inside one episode. Sometimes even the fight scenes are boring with the same way to solve problems and its always good x evil. Luffy and Naruto are why I don't even consider Bleach as part of the Big 3 anymore. Ichigo is one of the worst main characters I've ever seen in my 20 years of anime watching. When the inspiration behind Joyboy was revealed I nearly shed a tear.

Also some of this is inaccurate; like what you said about luffy using conquerors haki on fishman island and the results of him using it. You said he he took out thousands of fishmen with his haki which is technically true, but you’re lowballing it a little. He really took out tens of thousands of them (50’000 to be exact) without even lifting a finger, but the part that is incorrect is where you said he “effectively ended the fight” using his conquerors haki there and that’s far from the truth. The fight was nowhere near ended right then and there; that was just the regular fishmen soldiers hody had assembled for his army, but there was still 50,000 more of them; As well as all of his stronger underlings that faced off directly with different members of the straw hats, wadatsumi the giant baby looking fishman with facial hair, and hody jones himself luffy still had to fight🤦🏻
