Oh my gosh! My parents had one of these that they bought in 1975. Theirs was copper colored on the bottom. Their best friends had the identical one to yours and my parents liked theirs so much they got one too. I’m glad to see some are still around. And yours is in great condition!

Those were the 'rich' campers back in the day. 😄 We grew up camping (6 of us) in many state parks around beautiful lakes/oceans in the Coleman Pop Up with the canvas in the 60s and 70s. (4 kids) We camped all the time from May to Oct. Have fun!

Another great video. I would have loved to see it been put up or taken down. In the late 70s when i was growing up my parents had a Cabana here in Australia. The ends of the caravan would roll out as the pop top went up. Thank you and your friends for the tour.👍

Great video guys and I really love your Apache trailer that is really awesome I am a big fan of things from the 70s I have recently gotten a pop-up camper and mine is a 1995 Skamper but I really like the ideas on what you guys have done with stuff and it's really nice and it's all original and even if you added a few things to so I would change it I can't wait to take mine out in the summer and get to enjoy it the way you guys have been enjoying yours and hello from Ohio

Thanks for the vid. My parents had a Ramada model for a short time in Arizona. Unfortunately they didnt have it very long, but I enjoyed the memories. In colder climates I imagine these can keep the heat in a little better than a standard canvas pop up.

The Apache Mesa is so cool! I had a little Apache Chief that was very light. Pulled it with a '65 Rambler American. You could easily go camping with a Nova/Falcon/Dart/Valiant/American and an Apache Chief - or pull the bigger Mesa with an older full-size car, no problem at all. (my current very 70's thought is a Pacer wagon and a Scamp or Casita camper, both in a pastel Easter egg color)

This video was made for the regular viewers of our channel Bossanova Life, and never intended for the general public to pick up on. I honestly expected 1000 views and done... so we apologize as we had no idea anyone else would be watching it for details on the trailer, thus why we didn't spend much time on that. I doubt very much we will have time to take her out for a full video anytime soon as we are working on a new trailer, but if we do we will see if we can shoot more. Thanks.

I am canadian so i apolgize if my terms for things are different. Here we call it hard side tent trailer. I just picked it up packed it up and cant wait to open it. Its rough inside so any tips you have would be greatly appeacated. My sister is in texas for the winter doing the rv life. So if their is anything she can pick up and bring back to Ontario let me know. I would love to get a Yuma 1 it has a out door kitchen.
