A: Subliminals are safe as long as you are using a credible subliminal maker. Some makers are scammers so be sure to check to see if they have their affirmations listed somewhere.
Q: Is it bad to use subliminals too much?
A: You can listen to them as much as you want but remember to not think about getting results. Overdoing subliminals can actually cause you to become overly self conscious if you are not in the right state of mind while using them. Just trust the process and do not obsess over it.
