Hey Sue so glad you like the Barbie fashions I sent you. They look so good on your dolls❤❤. I just got a Superstar Ken out of the box and I already had his outfit from a thrift find. So much fun finding and rescuing these dolls. Oh and I got a Marilyn naked in the $1 bin at the thrift store a couple years ago. She looks so happy in the gold and red outfit I made her❤

Grrrreat! Grrrrail dolls!!! And you had a Side-Part Barbie tucked away at home??? Whoa! Ken in that blue suit -- yesss!😍 Ooohhh, the Unesco Barbie music boxes are all so cool! Wow very talented seamstress as those fashions are gorgeous, that you were sent! I never knew of the side part bubble cut COOL you had her hidden away LOL. Love all your great treasures you have some good Barbie finds at those flea markets!!!

She did a wonderful job. Did you know Mattel just release a silkstone swirl ponytail wearing that outfit like 2 days ago. Yes, slay queen already has it coming to her. LOL

@@BarbieLove Well I am a grown up Slay Queen the 2nd cause I ordered her 9 am pacific time I am in CA on the barbie signature member buy day 7/10/24 they were sold out the following day 7/11/24 afternoon when they sold them on site to non members. I cannot wait she looks so pretty!!!

Super Star Ken's sunglasses do stay on. There are slits in his side hairline around the ear. But the plastic is old so be careful.

I unboxed both of my original superstar Barbie and Ken a while back they were both on my grail list as well as few other dolls including a silkstone that was the first doll on that list

I believe I will leave Ken in the box for now. But I would love one out of the box too. I love silkstones, but I only have one. I never seen them while thrifting. UGH

WOW!! What a great informative video Sue!! I was wondering how you could tell if it was a REAL side part Bubblecut!! Now, I know. I see the way you pointed it out..they rooted the hair to make a part!! Boy, I would love to have one some day. Love that Black Magic on her. Oh, Sue!! That 1977 Ken is fantastic. I would have gone out to the movies with him!!!.....no socks is no prob!! We would have gone to see Star Wars....and Barbie would have been all kinds of jealous!!! Monster High house is so awesome.
