Hahaha, Gianni was so traumatized by the ham bananas 😂! I love his face everytime you make a vintage recipe. Poor thing. 😂. Nutmeg is supposed to enhance the flavor of greens. I grew up on all kinds of greens but we never used nutmeg. I think Rachael Ray was the first person i ever saw do that years ago and i have added it to sauted kale since then. Another great video!
