Sounds like it should run good once you get the issues fixed. I remember about 7 maybe 8 years ago I got a homelite back pack blower from a neighbor for 25 bucks. It ran good and I still have it today. I did replace the fuel lines though.

Some of those old pb-200’s came with that flex pipe standard some came with straight pipes standard.

My guess is early '80s... Could it be the spark arrestor?

could be havent checked it that far yet, if it still has one Ill be removing it lol. I plan on doing a full carb service and lines on it, the fuel tank may need to be replaced too
