LeNae, It is gorgeous ❤ Love the SUREBONDER Glue Gun. I've seen other crafters use it and they can't say enough good things about it! The lace is lovely 😍 For Christmas I did a few notebooks for my nieces kids. She home schools them. So I decorated 3 Comp books. For the youngest, I used LATER GATOR paste and a HULK stencil on black cardstock! He was so excited. My sister tells me he took it to her house to practice his letters ❤ He's only 3 years old. The 6yr old, Loves her pink and purple one she squealed with delight. The 13yr old her name is Paizley. I found some paisley print tissue paper. Which is aqua and blue. She LOVES that it matches her name.😊 But they love using them for their school work. Wish I would have taken pictures to share 😊 LOVE the lace❤❤ THANK YOU for sharing your talents with us ❤❤❤

My sister says that he couldn't leave his house to come stay with her for a few days without it. Because he HAD to practice his letters in it ❤️😁 It was such a joy to hear that.

May I suggest that you use a silicone spatula from dollar tree, I love mine when using hot glue

Love this journal. Does ink pads work on lace? I was thinking of making the applicay show up to ink the edges lightly?? Anyway it is beautiful. Love the idea of starting off with a dollar tree journal. 😊

It depends on what type of ink you use. Dye based inks could bleed and would be hard to control were it would go. Permanent ink like StazOn wouldn’t bleed on the fabric appliqué. Definitely test it first.
