Yeah I totally get you, they were a nightmare to run! Have to say tho once set up running well it was a lot more fun then I remembered!

2002 the 2nd gen of the traxxas t maxx was 360 pound came with the 2.5r engine.. would love see them race

That CEN Genisis reminds me of my Losi LST2 Nitro from 2005 the way it bounces around in the dirt. They all handled like crap but they were so much fun. I think RC Trucks were much more fun back then. It was comedy racing a bunch of LST2s on the 1/8 nitro track like serious competition. It was nothing but carnage and pieces left all over the track. To this day in 2024, you can still find pieces of LST2s buried in the dirt on the 1/8 nitro race track. 😂

I had one of these mine was a limited edition CEN and it was the biggest piece of crap I ever owned. These were not fast and heavy. My new at the time Tmax 3.3 would just walk all over it. The CEN was plagued with problems. Cool to look at and that’s about it.

i still have one of these trucks but i have'nt ran it in years but seeing this video has inspired me.. quick question do you know how to adjust transmission

Thats awesome to hear they are too good to be forgotten!! They are a pain when it come to adjusting the transmission, google Cen genesis 46 gearbox adjustment and the top link is the instructions. Not easy but once set up right it works really well!
