Our starter home gets some kitchen upgrades and after that we go mining for coal and visit some meteorites and come home with a trunk full of fuel, sulphur and meteoric iron.
I have used the Vintage Story assets for the thumbnails and music from the assets folder in my videos.

I've always seen and been interested in vintage story but after watching your let's play I've truly fallen in love with the game but I'm still a newbie. I do have a question is meteoric iron the highest tier or are there things above it?

Oh is meteoric iron the same as normal iron I thought they were two different materials @@Heretoga

@@tylerpellechio4381 Yeah meteoric is tier 4 just like iron but meteoric tools and armour have more durability than iron.

It would cool to place gothic style statues around the property. Give it some dark moon vibes.

For the cupboards, may I recommend chiseling out a tiny bit of your floor right beneath them, then adding a trunk underneath the floor accessible by the cupboard? If you chisel cleverly you should be able to hide it with that design and it makes the cupboards feel functional.

I had an idea for your shelves in your kitchen, you could carve fake jars onto them like the simple tube shaped jars. Possibly with colored stuff in them along with fake pots and pans.

On lanterns if you use glass slabs instead of clear quartz, they are also a few points brighter. You can look at the ones you got, click on em with glass slabs in hand, it'll change out the glass. Can do same with colored glass, if you want colored variety. Clear quartz ( or primitive survival wood lanterns ) give light level 18 , clear glass lanterns light level 20 , with linings it goes up to 22 or 24 I forget off hand.

Oh wow i didn't know that you could use glass slabs instead of clear quartz. I knew you could use coloured glass to change the colour of the light. I'll have to get some glass made and change all the lanturns thank you

You could use the spike trap mold from primitive survival mod and make spike to put in the pit with the wolf. It does the dirty work. Lol

Ah yes i could use spikes in the pit there to do the job. I wonder if the vanilla spikes would still work the same. Thank you for the suggestion Uglykarma

@Heretoga in vanilla I use the spike that can be found around some ruins and locust. Sorry, I forgot in the beginning you did say no mods.

Could add slate to the sink to chisel in a black stopper

At the time i was thinking maybe i should do that so just for you i will add a stopper in the plug hole i think the sink should really have it in there i totally agree 💯

Would you be able to hang those rather than put them on top of a something?

Sure can do, i made them in such a way they can be hung off a ledge instead of on a pole, i'll try that with the one we have outside our house ;)

Sulfur is only used for making poultices. You get yellow glass from traders only in vanilla.

Yeah, it is a shame you can't turn it into glass and the same for cinnabar and saphire or lapis i can't remember what the blue one is now also

@@Heretoga there are mods that make colored glass craftable but I imagine you want this series to remain mostly vanilla.

@@Gamer-pk9up Yeah i dont wanna run too many mods, there is an update too soon and if i update i may not be able to use some of the mods till they catch up with the update.
