This is an energizing vinyasa yoga class! In this 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow, we’ll stretch and move our entire body, undo sitting and typing by opening through the front chain of our body, and have some fun!
This is a full body yoga class created to feel good and energize!
This is also a ladder vinyasa flow. So we add on to our vinyasa flows.
Whether you’re working on yoga flexibility, wanting a good morning yoga class, or after work yoga class, you're going to like this one.

Kate thank you so much for another incredible flow! I’ve made significant progress in my goddess pose and I’m super proud of it. My legs are finally at a 90 angle. Still working on getting my spine straight though, which of course will come with time. This one really made me sweat - but my body feels amazing right now!

Go Keisha go!! I love that you mentioned skandasa, because I feel like it's not a showy pose like handstand or arm balance, but there's so much variation and advanced options that can be done in skandasana. A very underrated asana in my opinion. End rant. :) Thanks for practicing, Keisha!

Do you have any recommendations for power yoga for 30 mins? Trying to keep this cycle up with 3 - 5 days a week at 30 min interval and then 1 day 1 hour full interval but like a free style. When free style anything works. Just keeping this rhythm going

@@KateAmberYoga Thank You Kate, your flow is highly appreciated. I actually sweat lol. I do 7 days of vinyasa. I love the rush and fast pace. Going 2 years on pure yoga with weight training and cycling. Just keeping this pace every day.

Hi Kate! I liked your variations for chest openers. I usually attempt the camel pose, but I can't hold it for much longer than 20 seconds - it's quite challenging! By the way, I couldn't help but notice the beautiful squirrel on your balcony - what a cute little extra you have there! Anyway, I'll definitely be repeating this yoga flow a few times, especially when I only have 30 minutes to spare. I am going to imagine myself doing the child pose for the rest of the day! I wish you a nice Sunday! 😉😉🐿🐿🧘🏻‍♂🧘🏻‍♀
