Hi guys this is worth the money, ive never used primers as base because none ever worked for me and would clog my pores and everything that got me to breakout, but with the SheGlam Bday primer is the best purchase i got, it helped my makeup look so smooth and natural and im an oily skin type. It did hold my foundation or concealer alone for a looooong time. Trust me. Its amazing

Loved this review! It is so much more helpful to see half with and half without the primer, especially since it was a new foundation as well for us to see! That's the downside of testing a full face of new products - we don't really know what works and what doesn't. Fabulous review, Nikkia! 💗

I just got my primer and foundation today! I'm so excited to try it! Lol I will definitely let you know what I think. I have 2 tubs and I love it. Smells a tad like rose but thats okay it does disappear. Just purchased the skinfinite hydrating foundation so cant wait to try that too as I do love the sheglam foundations.

Nice video showing the results. Both the Birthday Skin primer and the Pigment Corrector primer are wonderful. I'm not sure about the foundation yet - it's very full coverage and different than what I'm used to.

As a bigger girl. I'm 6 ft 2 and deemed overweight at au size 18 I find their clothing selection awesome! As well as the beauty collection but maybe give the brushes a miss

Shein has really 'stepped up their game', I believe! I'm glad they also have a good variety of clothes for everyone, in all sizes! I have been so impressed with the beautiful floral blouses, and the winter jackets I've gotten recently! Their eye palettes are decent, and this Birthday Suit primer (pink) is epic! I actually prefer it to the elf one! The texture is softer and it smooths out easier. I also think the results are better❤️

I am obsessed with the Elf Matte and Acne Fighting putty primer. I did a 2 mth wear test for the acne one and it seriously helped clear my skin

I have used the e.l.f. Putty Primer, but not the Hard Candy one, Monique. I recently received this particular primer from Shein, and it is the only primer that has ever actually blurred, and hid the large pores of my nose ( for drugstore, and high end)! It works amazingly well for me, and I'll never be without it in the future! It's well worth a try, and I would say, unless the Hard Candy primer totally blurs your pores, don't even bother repurchasing it! Take care Monique, Sherrey🎀

I live in the desert so I wear spf 70 on my face every day. I wonder if this product plays well with sunscreen. So many products start pilling when applied under or over my sunscreen. Ugh.

Do the pores look less due to the blusher/ bronzer not being placed as high on the face? Noticed one side (one without primer), the bronzer/ blusher is placed a lot higher than the opposite side so surly that would show more texture/ pores, than bronzer/ blusher placed a lot lower? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤔

Yeah also right after she has applied the foundation, you could have still see the pores on the primed side, but after she has applied the rest of her makeup it also looks like she had applied more powder on the primed side, so the pores would looked more blurred out than the other side..

Recently watched a market place investigation (a show we have in Canada) they tested what chemicals are in items from various cheaper online stores, one being Shein and items had 200 times more lead for one example. These are in comparison to what limit should be in Canada. Please be careful what you put on your body! Highly recommend watching this show

As I understand the studies done by the FDA their where only a very few factories where this occurred and the Chinese government was notified. Similar to that of any faulty product issue that may happen. This being a production problem not country guideline issue.

Oh girl. I have texture, large pores, acne prone, maturing skin and have a channel for that demographic. My favorite highlighters are actually balms. The stila heavens hue putty highlighter, and even Elf Electric Mood has one that is a dupe for Danessa Myricks. More if you like that wet sheen non glittery ones. I could list hundreds but I'm not Nikkia however just wanted to mention a few

The Elf acne putty primer actually helped clear up my acne too! ELF has a lot of awesome primers, moisturizers, and makeup 💄 💙

Jennifer, I've never found a primer that blurs the large pores of my nose, either drugstore, or high-end. This Shein primer absolutely hides them; I was absolutely shocked! You really must try it! Good luck, Sherrey🎀

Nikkia, I know this is totally off topic, but I just discovered an Indie Cruelty Free brand that seriously makes the most beautiful palettes 💞 I will share the video/brand with you once it's done (one video is coming this week!) I think you will fall in love with these eyeshadow palettes and the brand. One is cool toned witchy theme and one is warm vampire theme, and they are both equally as beautiful. I seriously don't understand why this brand isn't well known so anyhoo. Back to the video, can't wait to see this primer as someone with oily dehydrated skin 😁

This is a bad case of “u keep telling urself that until u believe it” with ur pores being smaller.. lol u really tried to sell this product a little too much, it actually got annoying.
