Viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread 🎉

I seriously can’t believe how delicious it is!
Cottage Cheese Flatbread
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
(You can use any spices you’d like - I’ve also seen people put everything but the bagel seasoning on top prior to baking)
Mix in blender
Line a rimmed cookie sheet or baking dish (I used 9x13) with parchment paper and put the mixture right on top.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Perfection!
1/2 of the flatbread is approximately one full protein serving.
You could fill it anyway you’d like, but I added Tzaziki and veggies.

Yes high protein, low carb and low sugar. Make sure to use nonfat cottage cheese if you’re trying to consume less fats

There is no flour in it at all. It is just cottage cheese and eggs, but it turns out amazingly well and can work like a wrap.
