I seriously can’t believe how delicious it is!
Cottage Cheese Flatbread
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
(You can use any spices you’d like - I’ve also seen people put everything but the bagel seasoning on top prior to baking)
Mix in blender
Line a rimmed cookie sheet or baking dish (I used 9x13) with parchment paper and put the mixture right on top.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Perfection!
1/2 of the flatbread is approximately one full protein serving.
You could fill it anyway you’d like, but I added Tzaziki and veggies.
