How to Prepare Strawberry Tanghulu for TikTok
Your chosen fruit, or strawberries, should be cleaned, dried, and trimmed.
Skewer them from one end to the other.
Bring water and sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring to form a syrup.
Try your syrup by dipping an extra skewer into it and then submerging it in ice water. If the syrup hardens in the ice water right away, it's ready.
After dipping your strawberries into the syrup, immediately transfer them to parchment paper to cool and solidify. Alternatively, you could submerge them in ice water to solidify them.
