Hello yes the battery is good but you have a short on your electrical wire harness somewhere or at the stator so you need to have multimeter and start to check your wires for continuity

Hello to check you should test with multimeter set on AC voltage and you should have a reading of 0.3 to 0.5 by connecting the green wire to the black probe of the multimeter and the red probe of the multimeter to blue and white wire coming from the pickup but you should not have a -4 reading check when motor is off for resistance value start by setting your multimeter to ohms and you can connect the black probe of the multimeter to a green wire coming from the stator and connect the red probe from the from the multimeter with a blue and white wire you should have a resistance reding from 140 to 200 if the pickup i good if you see I on reading the pickup is not good anymore. It's best to probably charge your battery and then let it settle for an hour or 2, then test it.

Hello my friend sometime oil does't wont to flow in right away so place the scooter on a center stand and little by little with a small funnel place 0.05 quarts of oil in the motor and then close the dip stick in and screw in after that turn the scooter on for only 5 SECONDS turn the scooter off and reopen the dip stick and place little by little with a funnel 0.03 quart of oil so for a total of 0.08 quart that is less that 1 full quart container . Hello my friend you are completely right I should have said that on the video if you don’t get the same reading you should replace the green cable that go from the negative side of the battery to the frame or run a separate cable from the negative side of the battery directly to one bolt of the motor . Hello BlazingAmazing the best way will be to have your scooter wires diaphram to have better idea but if you thinking about the wires bobina stator you always have a green / ground plus a red and a yellow and a blue wire coming from the pickup or check or you can check on fb chinese scooter group to see if someone has the same set up.
