For me, it's fpv or vr. 3rd person seems alien as I've a longer background in sim racing than with milestone or the TT games, so traditionally the view that best matches what I'm trying to simulate seems most appropriate. But, it doesn't really matter all that much for dropping lap times. What gets you going fast is being consistent and comfortable. If you can't run 10 slow laps in a row within a few tenths, you probably aren't at a place to try and increase your pace.

The difference between third person and first with VR is crazy. Some circuits like macau and mt. Panorama feels really different between the perspectives to the point I probably wouldn't care much about them if i didn't play in VR

Nice to see some VR Dyl🤙🏻 I tought a lower number in the engine brake settings means a higher effect.....

Yeah it does,when I put it on EB5 it's stronger,more engine braking 👍

Hey Dyl, when I am running gpbikes on vr I se a lot of artfacts/distortion/noise coming up from the asphalt followed by a huge fps drop. Do you experience something similar? I am running the game on a pretty decent computer + oculus quest v1 via usb-link. This only happens with GPBikes

I have the exact same issues, unfortunately I have never been able to find a fix,it's also just for GPB as every other game runs fine in VR,if I ever get a solution I'll let you know!

@@Dyl469 yeah on some videos whenever I comment it just doesn't "save" like if I change from the newest to top comment (the reverse as well) the comment just dissapear. This also happened on the latest biker video

I am way faster in VR on Ride 4. I drive better in Beaam in VR. This title is an A-hole to learn but I will get it down.
