It's would have been much better if it was constructed near main town not in the main bazaar road ukhrul town road is only one way were we come across daily traffic jam. Vishal mall bringing in our society is a big development for all appreciate that very much but due to the little space and no parking zone public may face inconvenience

The market will become competitive but it can also sounds death knell for small scale shops in the surrounding areas. Since our local entrepreneur are low capital based with limited market accessibility for raw material and suppliers vishal MM will wipe many out. So good for lower middle and village class consumers but bad for Ukhrul shop keepers.

Neither the govt nor the company decides where the store location should be. It is upto the entrepreneur who apply for franchise. If there is none from Ukhrul ready to own the franchise then the blame should be to the people of Ukhrul.

@@ycs6926 Indeed ST are exempted from income taxes if we are ST residing at North-East India except Assam under Section 10(26) for the upliftment but if we don’t apply for TDS Form 13 for income Tax exemptions, Tax are deducted. And secondly we pay every tax the same as you did, like in the product you purchased and the service we get. Tax are not exempted for ST if you live at Mainland India.
