i am indian living in america but was born and brought up in ahmedabad city of gujarat state [ india ] ahmedabad and lahore you can say are exactly identical city in all respects. similar small roads; lanes and by-lanes conjested traffic and shops

Once again, sitting far away in Canada, while watching, I could smell both the stink of the droppings of pigeons, dampness, and the eerie silence resonating within each room of this haveli. I would love to hear from the descendants of Rai Bahadur Puri, who used to live in this magnificent haveli. It also reminded me of the outstanding film Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam scenes when the haveli of the landlords in the film and the Iron grill on its staircase resembled iron grill in this haveli Thanks a lot for making this video and sharing it.💕👏👌👍🙏🇮🇳

آپ برانڈرتھ روڈ پر واقع " رشی بھون " کا دورہ بھی کریں۔ سٹیشن کی طرف سے جائیں تو برانڈرتھ روڈ پر چائینہ ہاوس کے نیچے گلی ہے۔ بہت خوبصورت حویلی بنی ہوئی ہے۔

Really sad to see the condition of this house of historical significance. Just wish that either the government or some non profit orgs can restore this place and save this rare building. Lahore is full of such landmarks and if some of those places are saved, they can be a significant source of revenue, it can attract visitors from across the border, increase the mutual understandings and generate revenue. We can take the example of Europe where the old buildings and castles are restored and renovated, and attract huge number of visitors.
