When David is not running an advertising and marketing company, his hobby is The Bond Experience which is primarily a video blog where he discusses Bond experiences and the people and brands that help to create those experiences...
The mantra of living like Bond, one moment at a time emanates from a concept of experiencing the joy of collecting small moments in life that add up to amazing journeys and stories....whether it's through style, locations, literature, fitness, and the movies themselves the world of Bond is explored through its people and their stories.

Love it! That whole act at the farm was one of the best parts of that film. It's so great that you got to go there and walk in Bond's footsteps. What a great way to make a deeper connection with the Bond character. I'm happy for you!

If you watch "Guy Hamiltons 100th Anniversary" on KZfaq there is a rare clip of Guy Hamilton showing Roger Moore around this farm at the time of filming & teaching him about the crocs. The tour guy in this video can also be seen in the clip in his 20's as a form guard opening the gates to the croc farm.

Thanks so much for making this video ,I was there in Feb 2020 and took photos but this vid really brings the memories flooding back . They opened the gate on the James Bond island and told me I could only stand on the island for a photo for about 30 seconds, as any longer would have been too dangerous .My guide was a young Jamaican woman in her early twenties .There were other animals there as well like Boars , Peacocks , Raccoons , Kinkajou etc

I’ve always wondered what the farm looked like all these years later. Awesome to see how they’ve been able to continue and accommodate Bond fans as well.

Wow -that was great!! So exciting to see the real place behind one of my favorite sequences and stunts in Bond- when he leaped over the crocodiles backs to escape! I saw this at the theaters when I was little and still remember how awestruck I as when I saw it. Just at the shear COOLNESS of it! I think that scene really helped cement Roger as a worthy successor to Sean Connery as 007. I know this was your very first Bond film so it must have been INCREDIBLE to have actually been there!

Thank you for showing us these places; certainly I'll never get to visit them in my lifetime. Fascinating stuff. Im rapidly becoming addicted to this channel, I just subscribed. One gadget for the future: You probably use a Mac but on the PC there is some software called Levelator. Its quite old now but it boosts the quiet parts and dips the loud parts so we can hear what that guys is saying.

Wow! Watching those crocs from the video was scary, I can't imagine working with them up close, unprotected. Probably a good thing you didn't go out to that island and save yourself a foot. I didn’t know they filmed Papillion there, I have to rewatch that one too. Great video, thanks David. That big one was HUGE!

I was born in 1990 but watching this video just brings nostalgia vibes as a child watching live and let die Teehee and his famous lines and laugh. That scene was crazy I was really like how’s bond going to get out of this one. Awesome stuff David, I would be as giddy as you too in the video.

Great video and awesome location to visit. I can't believe Kananga was only 27 at the time of LALD. I dare not jump over my cat let alone jumping on the backs of crocs.

When I was at Reptile Gardens in Rapid City, South Dakota in 1997 they had the Live and Let Die movie poster in the alligator/crocodile area. There was a sign that said the alligators/crocodiles that were living there were the ones used in the movie. How they ended up there I can't recall now. Great video!

Interesting that they call it James Bond Island in the same way they call Scaramanga's Island James Bond Island today. Speaking of which, I've been there and I'm definitely looking forward to you doing a segment about that. The place has barely changed.

its a cool place i was there a few weeks ago. it needs some investment though, such a shame to see it in it's current state. that said, if they were to advertise a bit more they might get a few more visitors and put the revenue back into the park.....but this is Jamaica after all lol.
