I love how Joe just laughed when his mother made that comment about his hair he laughed along with her. Joe is humble and a great dad and baby boy meeting great grandma for the first time and bringing something for your elders is a cultural thing my family is from Haiti when we go to a elders house we bring something as a gesture of respect 🙏🏾 it's a common thing sending love to one of my fave KZfaq channels Mazelee 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It’s refreshing watching this because it’s so real. A lot of the older generation don’t filter out their opinions and it doesn’t have to be met with great offense. They’re not “woke” nor do I think that they care to be so it’s nice to see that you still met your elders with love. Blessings to you guys!

Your amazing eldest, respect/compassion speaking with her grandma, encouraging also her Dad to converse in Korean with his mum, despite grandma questioning who she was 💖 Great grandma sharing how she prays for her/Joe & Alena's family, His love conquers all ✝️🙌

I can see & feel that they don't fully like her and are over whelmed with so many kids, I think they learned to accept Joes "black kids", because they actually look Korean. Alena is amazing, sweet and brilliant they should be honored to have her as Joe's wife. Alena family loves and value's Joe, Alena deserve's the same love and respect.

One person said that Alana stood her ground against until she was accepted, but I will give more credit to Joe for being strong enough to stay with her. Alana didn't have to do much, but be his wife. He's the one who had to kindly stand his ground against family. She didn't have to say anything, but just be kind and available. I've seen quite a few asian men with black girlfriends or wives and there is one thing I can say...they don't get rid of the women just because their parents disapprove of their relationships like American men (black and white) do. In all the cases I've seen, the Asian man will keep developing a relationship with the woman and his parents and hope that the relationships work out fine. The never turn against the woman if they are sure about the relationship and in almost all of those cases, the parents eventually warmed up to the woman and they went on to have good relationships. I've seen American men drop good women all because their mothers disapproved of them. I hope that they will learn from guys like Joe. Stop allowing your mothers to run your lives.

That's the most bold faced lie ever, Asian men more than anY other race tend to marry who their family approves, whilst Blaq guys usually don't marry anybody much lol and White guys have stood up for their Blaq wives (historically, and presently) the most-ever heard of "Loving vs. Virginia" when a White man went to the Supreme Court to make Interracial marriage Legal with the Blaq woman he loved!?? 🤡

Lol the great-grandma teasing Joe about his hair sounds like my mom lol 😏. I would consider locs to be a Black hairstyle that others have adopted, but Joe gave a great answer about even Asian men in past eras having long hair with buns!

Today has been a weird yet such a beautiful day. On women's day , one of my siblings celebrates their birthday, random children have been wanting to be near me . Strangers have been really complimentary . And now this video. Take good care of your grandmother. My grandmother left earth today 😭🫂🦋💓 I love her

Watching your family inspires me to invite my family over. I guess since COVID, no one has come over. Everyone is still staying home. You guys are so blessed to have a house full of joy. I love watching the children growing up.
