New sub from KD here! I'm from bacolod too based in Cebu for a job.. Thank you for visiting Mindanao. I really appreciate foreigners showcasing the beauty of Mindanao.. My family from my mother's side are from Mindanao.. Butuan, CDO, Davao city all the way to Davao Oriental.. Please continue to inform people around the world that Mindanao is not what mainatream media portrays.. Some parts, Yes. but majority of mindanao, it's people, are courteous and kind. thank you.

Hey there, my brother. How are you? Looks like you're on another great excursion. I've always wanted to jump on a 2GO, but the 20 hours to Manila always freaked me out. As I watch your video I'm reminded that if we foreigners don't have patience in the Philippines, we will constantly be frustrated and not enjoy the country and it's wonderful people. You are showing such patience, even in the midst of trials. HUAHH to the firemen. Looking forward to more videos. Take care and be safe there in Mindanao.

Thanks David. I do frustrated often, but I did learn a lesson I forgot 😅 Try 2Go sometime if you want to take a slower journey.

Thank you for the video, I'm glad to see you back!! Enjoy Mindanao! See if you can try palapa while you're there. it's a spicy condiment that might as well be called 'Filipino kimchi'. it's a speciality of Muslim Filipinos and has become quite famous here. It's fully vegan, and it's delicious if you love a bit of spice.

to be honest, a lot of moto vloggers I watch ago they are complaining at 2go specially when processing their motorcycle upon releasing from the ship, some took how many hours even all of the cargos where already unloaded.
@TravelingTutor2 ай бұрын
Yeah, it isn't roro, but maybe 2Go could cater to a smaller group of last-minute travelers.

Wow In one day you can tell that Mindanao is perfectly safe , must be the halal food you ate . I was there 10 years ago and it was perfectly safe then , except for 2 Canadians that were kidnapped and beheaded , But I would say it should be safe now but with a war on in Gaza inter religious relations can vary depending on the mood of the locals. ,, sorry , enjoy, I loved the place.

The biggest stumbling block of visiting Mindanao is safety and security for decades mainstream media has painted to us Mindanao in a very bad picture mainly from kidnappings, civil unrest ripe for terrorists like the Abu Sayyaf, CPP-NPA-NDF and its front organizations to infiltrate and wreak havoc that turned us off from visiting there.
@simplysocial73832 ай бұрын
Your viewers would like to see some prices in us dollars
@TravelingTutor2 ай бұрын
Noted. I'll do that in the future more often. My thinking in not sharing is that prices and routes can change quite often. However, you make a point for current viewers 😊
