In this video, I'll be chronicling the amazing day I spent helping the elders in Petit-Goave, Haiti. This was an incredibly rewarding experience and I'm so glad I was able to be a part of it!
This video is a tribute to the elders of Petit-Goave, and my hope is that it will draw attention to their plight and help bring about some change. I was able to spend the day engaging with the elders, learning their stories, and providing them with basic necessities like food and medicine. It was an amazing day and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it!

My Grandmother was a missionary in Petit Goave til her passing in 2012. I saved the name of the church she worked with, Bishop Beauge'. I was going to send them a barrel 2 years ago but they kept harassing me on WhatsApp. I know the need is great but I didn't like the pressure, esp when our schedules in the States is VERY hectic and all we do is work allllll day to pay for overpriced housing. I am currently working filling out the I-134 form to sponsor a Haitian child to live here in teh States (her mom died in childbirth w/ her younger sibling). When my schedule lessens, I'd love to help more BUT not under pressure. God bless you all. Haitians are a resilient ppl to be admired, quite similar to your Jamaican cousins.

I truly believe she’s doing a wonderful job at showing us what our country is like and how we can make it better. With that being said let’s help her financially as well so she can continue to provide great services to us and the people of Haiti. I know when we talk about finances people tend to run away so let’s help her out with whatever we can. Nothing is ever too little when it comes from the heart. Great job ❤ feel we have too much dependence on European medicine and other products why we can't go back to drinking herbs and spices and using crushed leaves for cuts and bruises? There's bush in the wild for diabetics and hbp coconut water cures both cloves for infections We cut our trees then run to the doctor let's change our mentality rice gives diabetes instead plant yams,-malanga, cassava build chicken coups we can't keep importing
