Visiting the North Carolina Arboretum

Today I'm checking out the beautiful North Carolina Arboretum in Western North Carolina just outside of Asheville. There are exhibits, hiking and biking trails, plants, flowers, and much more to see in this picturesque mountain setting right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is an excellent place to visit while here in Western North Carolina.

What a great video. I'll be in NC next month for a 4 day fall trip. I don't fly out of Asheville until 3, so I think I'll check this place out for a few hours before heading back to Florida.

Thatt is a verry cool and beautiful place😎🤩 Spring looks like it was coming all in during your visit...Very well kept grounds and trails. That was a nice gift shop as well. The artwork throughout is really nice as well. Thanks for sharing your part of NC.🐾🦊🐺

MMM, I’m a horticulturist and considered applying at the arboretum several years ago; Covid messed that up. Possibly in the near future again. Thanks for highlighting the grounds!

Wow that's really cool! The arboretum has a plethora of cool plants and trails, and worth checking out sometime.

That place looks awesome. I love an arboretum.🌳🌲 You did a great job on narrating this all my questions are answered and the film quality is superb. I am absolutely wild about bonsai so I especially enjoyed that part.🪴

This looks like a beautiful place. I really like the quilt garden. There is so much for you to enjoy here, a little something for everyone. This would be a nice place to sit and read a book. Great place for taking pictures. You did an exceptional job on this video showing the area and explaining what all it has to offer. I know I would visit there often if I lived in the area.

Was this place ADA ♿ handicap accessible wheelchair accessible??

Yes most of the main area including the Baker building are ADA accessible. The areas are marked in the park. Some of the trails though are not paved, and wouldn't work as well with a wheelchair. Thanks for watching!
