Vegas native here, and I concur: the Vegas exhibit is stunning. I cried while I was going through it, it was extremely eerie and humbling. Made it feel more real than it's ever felt to me before.

I went there a couple of years ago and it was insane the amount of stuff they had. I want to go again. When I went, they were actually celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Titanic film

Me and my wife went earlier this year. I wanna say around March. Wallace Hartley's violin was still there. But, They said it would go to another museum sometime in April.

I went on a similar tour at the Las Vegas exhibition. I received the ticket of a 3rd class female passenger and at the end of the tour I found out she didn't survive ☹️ It was an excellent tour and RIP to those who lost their lives on that night

@@JohnLee-pt5jz Not the big Piece, They didn't want that one touched lol, There was a plexie Glass Case near the exit door not to far from the Hull exhibit that had a round hole big enough to put your hand in and Touch a peace of metal from the Titanic, Now Specific piece mind you just a piece of metal.

They were super strict when I was there no photos etc but had mrs astors life belt and what the believe was part of the grand staircase, as well as a full grand staircase replica!

The one is Branson, Mo is also pretty good. I don't remember their photo policy.

There’s hundreds of museums in Florida. We have dozens in the Orlando and central Florida area, including the Ford & Edison estate & museum and Ernest Hemingway Museum, among many others. I love the 40+ museums over in St Augustine FL. The oldest town in the country with a lot of history.

Wow I'm glad you mentioned this. I live in Chicago and my sophomore year in high school (20 years ago) I went and didn't have any Appreciation for that field trip as I would now. I forgot it was even at MSI in Chicago. I think it was a traveling exhibit and didn't stay very long. Recently I was in vegas and when to that one at the Luxor. I was a kid in a candy store 😅

I saw this place a few years ago. I'd just take the tour. The meal 🍽 & stage show is a bit much. You can see a lot. I was not thrilled with the green screen, 📸 area directly by the door 🤨 but the actors, staff are +. The 🚢 gets a lot of history & details.

I may be one of the few people who don't like the re-enacting encounters. They always make be feel self conscious because I hardly know what to say to these people.

If he would have touched it, he probably wouldn't tell, since it's not in the interest of the museum to 'invite' visitors to touch the Titanic artifacts.

@@j.vonhogen9650 dude I live Sydney Australia, our covid is practically zero cases.I practice covid instructions when needed, I don't go overboard with it.when this started last year Sydney went into severe Lockdown only essential services stayed open the rest had to close, like pubs clubs take aways.cues formed outside Centrelink office's all over Sydney (that's our unemployment office) the government poured so much funding into we had a curfew in place you were only allowed out between 5am till 8pm unless you were a shift worker ect. A year later we are doing really well unemployment has dropped, how many countries can say that?

@@JohnLee-pt5jz - I will never doubt your noble intentions, but I have plenty of reasons to doubt the effectiveness of lockdowns and face masks, simply because we never got reliable numbers on Covid 19 cases. In august 2020, the CDC dramatically corrected its mortality numbers by reducing the official death count by about 90%. Earlier this month, the CDC reduced these numbers again by a staggering 95%! And guess what? Both official corrections were completely ignored by mainstream newsmedia around the world. These corrections of course apply to the USA, but the same massive corrections were made in Europe, so this is definitely not something you can simply ignore, even when you trust the numbers in your own country, since any comparison with other countries would be structurally flawed. Apart from that, the testing procedures for Covid19 have been seriously flawed for more than a year, leading to a huge number of false positives. The inventor of the most commonly used Covid test (who happens to be a Nobel prize winner) has warned the world for this mistake ever since testing started back in 2020. Even the WHO acknowledged this incredible mistake publicly, and changed the testing procedure just a few months ago, which interestingly coincided with a dramatic reduction in the number of positive test results. In other words, based on the numbers that have been reported over the past 1.5 year, there is no way to draw any definite conclusions about the effectiveness of lockdowns anywhere on this planet, which means you can still be right, but we just don't know at this point. As for the masks, they are proven to be ineffective, since the risk of serious adverse health effects of wearing them is much higher than the risk of damage to one's health due to a Covid 19 infection. Fauci (of all people!) supervised an ambitious scientific study about the effectiveness of the use of masks during the Spanish Flu pandemic, which led to the official conclusion by the research team that much more people had died from respiratory infections and illnesses caused by the wearing of masks, than as a result of the Spanish Flu itself! I didn't even mention the devastating secundary effects of lockdowns and masks on the mental health of people, social interaction and social cohesion, the economy, schools, universities, and education in general, law enforcement, freedom of speech, universal freedoms and other human rights, etcetera. In addition to all of that, there are countless other factors to consider when comparing countries. Australia has a young population, Italy has a (very) old population. This appears to be reflected by the difference in (corrected) Covid numbers in both countries. Attributing any positive effects to lockdowns or face masks is extremely problematic and makes much less sense than taking into account the characteristics of different populations, like demographic factors, Gross Domestic Product, political stability, quality of healthcare, climate, population density, etcetera. Anyway, I don't think it is ever "good to see people taking precautions" out of fear or obedience. Remember that wearing a life jacket on the Titanic would probably have broken your neck if you would have had to jump into the water. The life jackets made out of cork and canvas were meant to keep you afloat, not to protect you when jumping off a ship in the middle of the night. Long story short, I think it is time to stop wearing masks and return to the old normal, but that's just my opinion, for which I have been banned on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter since the spring of 2020. I'm not supposed to have a dissenting opinion, apparently.
