If travelers agree to this, but before the CBSA officer begins the removal procedure, the officer must ask the travelers if sending him back is safe for him! However, after refugee application, most of the visitors will get rejected and deported in a 1-2 months due to non eligibility of initial phase as there is no solid reason of life threat.
