The female voice sounds very like Togawa from singing style and pitch.

well, what can i say? it`s a Susumu Hirasawa song, so of course it`s great, but it is really wonderful... i like how his and the woman`s voice alternate and how the sound effects and the base melody come together... added to favorites and 5/5... ^_^

Is the voice from Jun Togawa but with different tone, how she did not participate, she only left her voice for him to use as a sound effect

Oh, sorry, I searched the internet, and it says he is using both, LOLA and MEIKO. I first heard he said is using Lola in the interview of "Yuriika", a Japanese magazine, so I thought this also. I have no idea in which song he is using LOLA. I can't tell which is which. Does anyone know?
