Sir, as mentioned here in the video, to assess Circumstantiality you have said that we can ask about a neutral topic(diwali), but when a particular case is given ,will we have to ask questions regarding the particular case or we have to ask about a neutral topic only?

How differentiate schizoaffective and BPAD with psychosis

BPAD with Psychosis doesn't have Schizophrenia Symptoms(e.g., First Rank Symptoms) but where as Schizoaffective has definitely it.
