how come? I thought she made all the right points. I was thinking how nice it was finally to listen to someone who actually understood what was going on. I play high level TT myself

It may seem funny when a quite medioker player as myself has opinions on a player such as Hou Yingchao, but i''ve watched several matches lately and I sorry to say that he isn't espesially successful at all doing his backhand attacks. He could, and should, be more successful using that shortpip rubber, but he isn't. If he could manage to improve these strokes considerably I belive he would be sooo much harder to beat for the opponents.

Sorry but this video is not of the quality needed for high level table tennis. Frame rate is too low, and glare on table makes it hard to see the ball.

Какой же отвратительный мяч, сквозь годы слышу как плюются игроки. В решающем сете видно, что мячи как на тренировке. Чтобы почувствовать эту хрень

Hou played like absolute garbage here.. really a shame. He gets upset with himself when he misses his shots, and then starts trying to attack lots of low percentage balls to prove to himself and others that he can do it. Probably attitude that keeps him a lower ranked player, rather than skill.

Bit of both I think. Sam plays slow loops over the table, a nightmare for defenders as there ain't awful lot of pace to feed from. Rather spin to control. Also Sam gives no spin balls also meaning not a lot for Hou to use. It about styles sometimes.

Commentator doesn't know what she's talking about. When Hou missed a block, she says "Hou didn't quite chop down enough" thinking he was trying to chop it. Lol
