The worlds strongest man was almost getting outlifted by flex and he’s retired and 212 so open guys could definitely outlift Anatoly

I was a cleaner in my teens working for my father you would be surprised how strong your core, chest and shoulders gets from mopping floors and old floor buffing machines I didn't need a gym to gain strength it was more than enough

Anatoly is the perfect example of how smaller dense muscles are much stronger than huge muscles that have less dense muscle fibers, it's amazing how much strength he has in his compact frame
