This is what I have learned binge watching this channel. Gym bro's are usually genuine and down to help beginners. They are not worried about 'being shown up' and are generally happy to see something spectacular and surprising. Always respect Janitors. I've seen and heard a few bad eggs as I'm sure we all have, but overwhelmingly these videos mirror my own experience and I love the comradery. I don't know who this man is or if he has other videos but I don't understand how someone with his physical stature can be that strong/powerful. He looks like he in in shape with decent muscular definition but I just can't believe how strong and explosive he is ! Pause the video at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="677">11:17</a> to get a better understanding on just how powerfully explosive he is. The man is roughly two inches off the ground whilst lifting that heavy weight with one arm !! He uses every part of his body to get that weight up and while hes in the air hes still lifting that weight up, Amazing !!
