1 year late but for anyone else that ends up reading, strenght training doesnt really grow muscle as much as endurance training, which really makes you huge but not that strong. the main difference between the 2 is the amount of weight to reps ratio. tat said, anatoly is an alien genetically...

I'm sure if he, or an actual cleaner, approached her when she actually finished a set, it would've resulted in a friendlier attitude.

Do a little research on fast-twitch and slow-twitch fiber muscles, if you want to be big you train slow-twitch but if you wanna be strong you train fast-twitch muscles. You can do a little research on how to target fast-twitch fiber muscles
