Aries Spears and DJ Vlad joined forces for the first episode of "The Black Russian Podcast." After explaining that the new podcast was the result of numerous requests from viewers, the duo addressed the leaked footage of Diddy and Cassie. They compared the fallout to the incident between Chris Brown and Rihanna and pondered if Diddy could repair his image like other celebrities who have been involved in scandals. After discussing the rap feud between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, Aries and Vlad had a broader discussion about historic diss tracks. The pair transitioned to sports and discussed the NBA playoffs before breaking down the social politics in Hollywood. They also discussed the state of comedy, financial lessons and much more.

It’s the setup, they need a more natural settings instead of this. Look at Club Shay Shay , perfect setting, good camera angles and lighting , proper depth, just a real professional setting. Vlad needs to up the production
