--------
In this clip, Boosie weighed in on AR-Ab getting over 40 years in prison. According to reports, AR appeared disgruntled while in court and the judge used that as an opportunity to stiffen his sentence. Boosie talked about how to conduct yourself while on trial and how a good lawyer is supposed to relay that message to his client.

The fact that 2 different people can get sentenced completely different for the same crime depending how the judge feels that day is a fundamental flaw in our judicial system. Nothing just about that.

In the UK it works like this, we have probation service, and they write a pre sentence report after being found guilty. You come back to court 2 weeks or something after being found guilty. The judge then reads the report and recommended sentence from the probation service. The judges then generally go along with that report unless they say why they think they should impose a different sentence then what probation have recommended. Probation will have a better idea of your upbringing and challenges you have been facing and also your likely hood of reoffending.

So we should feel bad that a drug dealing killer had a snitch in his gang. Feel bad another drug dealing murderer got caught witness tampering. And also feel bad for Vlad because he interviewed these guys a couple of times and really liked them. "They got 45 years, really ruined my week". (I agree the sentence was a lot if it was really due to his arms being crossed, but at the end of the day he actually did a lot of the shit he was convicted of.)
