________________________
DeHaven opened up to VladTV about Jay Z getting robbed twice, which he explained is part of the game and revealed that he too had also been robbed a lot. DeHaven then added that he was nearly killed while trying to retrieve the goods that Jay was robbed of, but he was able to get out of the situation. During the sit-down, DeHaven also spoke about making a lot of money alongside Calvin "Klein" Bacote, and millions of dollars changing hands in his operation.

How right you are . Sooo many people from this new generation need to hear words like this . Then again all young people think they’re untouchable and can’t lose . That’s why when they do lose they get so angry , feel so entitled , and just can’t handle it . Im really young 21 years old but i’ve been doing things since 11 years old , doing dr%gs , nightclubs , later on selling so much dr*#% , and i live in Lebanon 🇱🇧. I’ve seen it all . The good the beautiful the bad the crispy . I’ve seen war 2006 , i’ve seen war 2019 🤣 well revolution , and an economical war & crisis , explosions , sorry to say it but Isis , we got rid of all those abominations , soo much corruption , and fathers was millions in debt… but through that all , we remained strong , half of everyone i know’s left the country , but we survived . All that and i’m still dealing with a lot , but i can say that i’m happier than a lot of people , even in the U.S . Because in my thinking , i always think that there’s ALWAYS , someone who’s got it worse than me . And that will almost always be true .

Especially during the 80’s Brooklyn. Brooklyn was the robbery capital during 80’s and 90’s. 2000’s too thats why they call it Crooklyn . They got crews that robbed for a living. You had the hustlers and career stick kids and crews. They would go to other boroughs and areas and Rob dudes too they would use fine chicks from there hood to rob dudes . Dudes from other boroughs and other neighborhoods would meet a chick from BK he would come see her and he would let her know he holding and thats it. She of course let the wolves know .

When he said that line in 1--900-Hustler I didn't really believe the shit. NYC was crazy as fuck in the late 80's early 90's. It's no way Jay who was kind of dorky lookin in his teens could have rocked all that jewelry in Brooklyn and not get robbed at some point. Besides his own projects Marcy, you had them niggas right down the street in Tompkins p's and Sumner p's and the other 25 projects and blocks full of thugs in Brooklyn at the time.

Brooklyn was different from a lot of places, In the 80-90s. There were far more stick up kids than hustlers. And the hustlers were stick up kids, connects too. Family may set you up, hungry ness in BK was on another level. All of these dudes won more than they lost, if they still alive, cause they easily could be dead. I know dudes whose own connect murdered them while they was trying to cop drugs.
