In this clip, Tom Mesereau spoke about his time representing Bill Cosby in his 2018 trial, and he believes that the judge was hoping for Cosby to be convicted by the things that happened during the trial. LMAO 🤣 He said before the MJ trial, he went to the county the trial was in and visited local bars. All the people in that community said they loved MJ, so Meserau decided the trial wouldn't depend on having black jurors. Remember he won that case with a white jury! I wonder if Mesereau has the same level of conviction in Bill Cosby's innocence as he does in Michael Jackson's innocence. In the case of Michael Jackson, I am firmly convinced he was innocent. In the case of Bill Cosby, I have my doubts.

Bill probably did do that stuff back then. But there is such a thing as due process. And like he said, they violated that by not filing the case in time and violated Bills right to a fast and speedy trial. The laws have to mean something 🤷🏾‍♂️

@@EpicHashTime Tom could only base it on factual evidence and what he could prove. In MJ's case, for instance, MJ was investigated many times over many years. His house raided, turned inside out, upside down. The DA, who hated MJ to begin with, even pulled some shady shenanigans in desperate attempts to get a conviction. End result: DA couldn't even get a misdemeanor to stick. Lawyers, no matter how good, can only do so much with what evidence they've got. And if you had the intense scrutiny of the world like MJ did, there ain't much you could hide.

It’s not so much that he DIDNT drug women, it’s that they couldn’t legally put him in prison but they did anyway. It just shows that there really isn’t any rhyme or reason to how the law operates and they can do this to anyone if they wish.

Drugging women doesnt equal giving women drugs that they wanted themselves. Thats what he admitted to in the case from the early 2000s. He didnt slip drugs into their drinks when they werent looking or anything like that. Qualuudes was a party drug back then, like percs, xans, etc are now. People took it willingly

Except you underestimate the audience. In MJ's case for instance, MJ was subjected to intense scrutiny, not only from the authorities, but the world in general as well. There wasn't much he could hide. If you go beyond media narrative, MJ's character holding up under a microscope only supports his total innocence.

As much as I like this man, y’all need to realize he’s a DEFENSE LAWYER. He is paid to defend his clients on and off the court. In MJ's case though, DA couldn't even get a misdemeanor to stick even with the shady shenanigans the DA pulled. The scrutiny on MJ and his case was unlike any other and, if you go beyond the media narrative, only supports his total innocence.

I respect Mesereau for always defending Michael cause we all know he's inncoent and if you don't, do your research please. But I don't think Cosby is innocent and I feel this takes away from Michael's innocence. Don't put Michael in the same category as Cosby or R. Kelly. He's not them. Trust me.

Look into the cases yourself and go beyond the media narrative. In MJ's case, with the intense scrutiny he was subjected to yet not even a misdemeanor, that should tell you how innocent the man was/is.
