In this clip, Tom Mesereau opened up about Bill Cosby appealing the guilty verdict in his 2018 trial, and Mesereau called the case the "most unfair of my career." Tom went on to speak about issues involving the case, including a statute of limitations, which Tom believes should've stopped the case from ever being tried. He also spoke about the relationship between the Judge and the D.A., who struck a deal with Cosby prior to the trial, and the people who took the stand.

So many others jumped in front of the camera and distanced themselves for the sake of protecting their careers. Now it's a rights of passage in Hollywood to publicly state you believe Cosby was guilty. Look no further than Jaleel White; he has forgotten about the domestic assault accusation by his child's mother, she brought forward during their custody dispute.

The Appeal Judges appeared to rule in his favor (December 2020) and had 150 days to decide on either to retry his case again or throw the whole case out and wipe his slate clean! Not sure what is taking so long for them to rule, they found the case ridiculous!

It's standard practice for some cops and some DA's (most?) to absolutely lie and break laws for a conviction and status in their department. They know they have nothing to fear because some have the unlimited backing of taxpayer dollars to hide their crimes. And, DA's cannot be held accountable for malicious prosecutions, while cops just won't enforce action against those protected. Standard Practice. LOTS of good cops and DA's, but I don't think they are the ones that typically get promoted, at least in a larger department. Too bad regular people can't have Mesereau as a resource.
