Hi ! Here is another week in my life being really real with what is going on currently in my life things are busy and crazy so come along with me for my appointments getting some news, update on my mental health at the moment...

I am 19 year old and i have a neurological disorder which left my legs paralyzed in 2020, I also suffer from chronic migraines and i want to share my experiance, and show how I use bullet journalling to help me. I also recently been diagnosed with ADHD !

It's ok to not be ok Hoa. You don't need to say sorry about it! I completely understand your fear ,it must be terrifying to have these symptoms again. It's good to talk about it,don't keep it to yourself!

Hi beautiful hoa 💖thank you for sharing more of your story with us,I was amazed how well that paralysed arm is doing,I loved seeing all the exercises! I am sorry to hear about your camera,maybe there is a way your followers could gift you a new one? You have nothing to be sorry for when having bad days! It's easy to get depressed! Unless we go through what your going through we cannot understand the real pain you are in,you will always have my support but I wish I could do more! So sending you a big hug 🤗💞💞🥰🥰
